It isn't always easy to find the time and opportunity to process our thoughts and feelings. Friends and family are often preoccupied with their own struggles. As your therapist, my goal is to establish a safe place for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, as well as to assist you in developing new coping strategies to help you face life's challenges.
