Emotionally Focused Therapy helps to effectively breaks out of auto piolot, by helping a person successfully change relationship cycles which prevent us from achieving personal goals.
Interpersonal Neurobiology examines the complexities and limits of inner experience. It identifies what needs to happen for successful change to occur, and explains why we get stuck and unable to change. When understanding how our brain works a person can successfully alter relationships, emotional struggles, to be able to achieve personal goals.
