Are you feeling overwhelmed in your day-to-day life? Do you want this to change but have no idea how? As your therapist, I will get curious with you about what is contributing to your problems so that we can collaborative on alternative ways to respond to that which is distressing you, your child, your relationship or your family. In our first few sessions, it is important to me that you feel understood in what brought you to therapy. This understanding will help you and I establish goals for therapy that feel tangible, not daunting. It is my priority as your therapist to cultivate a space where you feel safe enough in session to get curious about your problems but also where you feel safe to be challenged to explore the unknown. We are complex human beings- it makes sense that there are aspects of our lives that feel like "uncharted territory"! You don't have to take on this exploration alone. I'm here for you!
