What's My Approach to Therapy?

I support people in navigating the many challenges life brings. As an active listener, I help clients identify meaningful themes so we can untangle complex situations move forward with greater understanding. With adults, I focus on what matters most to them—internally and in relationships—through a values-driven lens. With younger individuals, I offer a safe, creative space to express emotions and build confidence. My goal is for every young person is to feel heard, supported, and reminded that they matter. When working with couples I use an emotionally focused approach to help partners understand what’s blocking connection, build compassion, and create new ways of relating with love and compassion. As a music therapist, I integrate creative modalities to support emotional processing, insight, and healing. I also offer the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music, a depth-oriented approach that uses music to support inner exploration and transformation.
