Healing doesn't always happen through words alone. Some experiences are hard to access or make sense of just by talking about them. My approach is calm, steady, and collaborative — meeting you where you are rather than forcing a specific framework. I draw from DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy, tailoring the work to what actually fits you. When helpful, I may also incorporate more experiential approaches, but the focus is always on what leads to real change in your day to day life.

I work with adults, teens, and tweens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and major life transitions. I offer both in-person sessions in Oakdale, MN and telehealth throughout Minnesota, with daytime availability on Mondays and Tuesdays. I accept most major insurance plans and handle billing directly to keep the process simple. Recurring appointment times are available for clients who want consistency, alongside flexible online scheduling for those who need it.
