What's My Approach to Therapy?

Therapy provides a supportive environment to explore your thoughts and emotions, helping you build resilience and develop strategies to deal with life’s challenges. Whether navigating stress, anxiety, or personal growth, it offers the support needed to encourage positive change in our lives. I strive to make genuine connections with my clients and look for the unique qualities and experiences they have encountered in their lives. In the therapeutic setting, I work to help clients manage depression, anxiety, and substance use concerns. My therapeutic style employs DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing and harm reduction approaches to strengthen clients’ emotional regulation, boost mindfulness, and empower self-led change. When I’m not at the office, I enjoy biking, playing instruments, collecting tattoos, and spending time with my family. I’m an avid book reader and love a warm, caffeinated drink.
