My Approach to Helping
Are you ready for lasting change and peace? It is a privilege to help get you there through the use of powerful modalities including clinical hypnosis and Brainspotting. I am passionate about therapy, helping and service. I believe everyone deserves respect and to live their best life, free and clear of any misinformation that may have taken ahold of them earlier in their lives, causing problems.
Our collaborative work together can bring forth your healing solution, on your terms. You may just need a safe place to talk, to have a person who knows, accepts and respects you, who is a responsive sounding board and can help you learn new skills, new ways of being that work for you. I offer that.
Additionally, you may be sensing something is really not working for you in your life and it is time for a change. With compassion, acceptance and an understanding that you are the expert about yourself, I offer a strong, analytical protocol to unveil the historical root of your problem. You then have the opportunity to make new, loving, powerful decisions about yourself to heal the issues you may not have even known were running you. My therapeutic approach is oriented in compassion for self, strengths and solutions, believing in and accessing your innate power and gifts to create lasting change.

I am available for coaching via Skype worldwide, as well as phone sessions.
I accept direct pay through checks, credit cards and cash. Upon request, I can generate a statement to you that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, if applicable. I work with issues of self esteem, performance, self- confidence and anxiety, especially the kinds that can be so halting. This especially applies to young adults and college students. I also thoroughly enjoy working with people, including those at mid-life, who are ready to live as the cause in their life instead of in response to problems of the past. Personal power, assertiveness and boundary setting are also a large part of what I am consulted about. It is my honor to walk the fascinating journey with you.
What Makes up a Problem?
Quite often, a problem is a symptom, a disposition that can shift successfully. It is part of an adaptation made early in life around some situation or event so that you could function as well as possible and it made complete sense at the time. People typically enter therapy when the problem or adaptation is no longer working for them. There are other situations where problems/symptoms are biologically predisposed and therapy helps a person live with those symptoms in a more successful way. In either respect, "problems" are dispositions that every one of us has run into within our own selves. They are a part of the human condition and can certainly shift, given the correct intervention. This is good news for us all.
