My Approach to Helping
“Sometimes when you are in a dark place you think you’ve been buried. But really you have been planted.” – Christine Caine
Nicole Kucera believes in creating a space where everyone can take a breath and be truly seen without judgment. Therapy is not a linear process, but when met with respect, dignity, and support, everyone can achieve their goals. Using a strength-based and client-centered approach Nicole welcomes and encourages collaboration throughout the therapy journey. With bravery and perseverance everyone can dream, feel connected, and thrive.
