My Approach to Helping
Perhaps you are making it through the days, but each night you are feeling exhausted and emotionally drained. Or you find that the worries of your life keep you from being able to sleep, get things done, or just laugh the way you used to. Maybe you have just gotten used to feeling this way and wonder if it can even be different. Whether your struggles feel brand new, or they have been happening for quite a while- you do not have to face them alone. Therapy can offer a supportive space for you to learn and heal, reconnect with the small moments that matter, and discover the things that are meaningful and energizing for you.
I especially enjoy working with clients who tend to push through their struggles and appear to get by most days, yet inside they feel worn down, overwhelmed, or unseen. They often feel that if they stop for just a moment things will fall apart, but they have a hard time telling others how they are feeling, asking for help, or taking a break for themselves.
One of my passions is working with clients who are seeking therapy for the first time or have been looking to take this step for a while but haven't been sure how.
