What's My Approach to Therapy?
Are you constantly stressed and feeling worn out from all of life's expectations? You might be showing up day-to-day, but you feel like one more task on your plate will make you lose control, and you don't have anyone in your life who understands. It feels like escaping the daily grind is impossible, but you know there has to be a better way, and you daydream about getting away from it all.
Even if it has been this way for a long time, it can get better. In therapy, you will learn when and how to set boundaries and communicate your needs with the people in your life. You will learn how things came to be this way, and how you can reasonably start to make things right again.
Therapy with me is casual and comfortable, so you can show up just as you are. Your sessions will offer more than just a place to vent about how hard things are - you will gain new insights and learn practical tools to make real changes. My approach is a balance of support and accountability that will keep you moving forward.
