I have been a therapist for over 30 years,working with individuals couples,and groups.I also teach workshops.I offer mind- body psychotherapy for adults,working with issues of anxiety,depression,life transitions,relationships ,addition recovery, and chronic pain management.I also have adult therapy groups,and teach meditation.I also provide online dating coaching.I also specialize in spiritual healing,I can do this in person,skype or phone.
