I don't currently accept insurance, but I can provide documentation if clients wish to submit to an insurance company for "out of network" benefit coverage
I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Relational techniques to effectively treat people who are struggling. Whether you face depression, anxiety, past trauma, or relationship problems, I can help. I will grieve along with you, help you identify your personal strengths, and walk the path with you toward hope and healing. It is simpler than you might imagine making the initial call. I effectively treat adults, adolescents, families, and couples. I have been described as nonjudgmental, knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate by people I have worked with. As an educator, I teach graduate students important skills for helping individuals, families, and couples. Using this process, I stay up to date with psychotherapy literature and continually hone my skills, which helps inform my practice and allows me to be more effective for you. My Practice & Services
We accept Preferred One and Ucare. We are able to bill your insurance for out-of-network benefits and encourage you to call your insurance to check out what mental health benefits you have.
My Guiding Ethical Principles
I believe in the individual's power to change and the impact of that change on the systems they participate in.
Theoretical Influences that Guide My Work
I practice a solution focused approach. This means that I believe everyone has strengths and that reinforcing your goals, hopes, and strengths will help you progress and change.
