My Approach to Helping
Living with constant worry, self-doubt, or stress can leave you feeling drained and uncertain about yourself and your future. Even when things look fine on the outside, it may feel nearly impossible to relax, enjoy the moment, or feel confident in the choices you’re making. You may find yourself overthinking everything, wondering if you’re doing enough, or feeling like no matter how hard you try, you’re still falling short.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. This may include navigating grief and loss, adjusting to parenting or an empty nest, or exploring identity and figuring out what you truly want for yourself.
In therapy, you’ll have a supportive space to reflect and express yourself without judgment. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, while also focused on helping you find practical ways to move forward. Together, we’ll explore what feels heavy or uncertain so you can gain clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of peace.
