What's My Approach to Therapy?
I offer Walk & Talk therapy (with or without my pup!), as well as telehealth services for attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), anxiety, relationship concerns, and navigating new life chapters. If you’re feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed, like your mind is constantly juggling a hundred open tabs, you’re not alone. I work with young and middle-aged women across Minnesota to build clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of calm, without the expectation of having everything figured out.
Life can feel especially messy when you’re balancing relationships, career stress, or trying to better understand who you are and where you’re headed. In therapy, we’ll work together to untangle what’s feeling heavy, celebrate progress (even the small wins), and approach growth with curiosity and self-compassion. Walk & Talk sessions are available in Savage and Prior Lake.
I’m not a “nod and smile” kind of therapist. I bring humor, warmth, and authenticity into sessions, along with a collaborative balance of compassion and accountability. I’ll validate your experiences, while also helping you gently challenge your inner critic and unhelpful patterns.
Starting therapy can feel awkward or intimidating, and you don’t need to have your life perfectly organized to begin, just a willingness to show up. Swearing is welcome, laughter is encouraged, and there’s no need to pretend. Growth isn’t linear, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. If you’re ready to make meaningful changes, or even just start sorting through the chaos, I’m here to support you (dog included, if you’d like).
