What's My Approach to Therapy?

I like to make a safe place for my clients to heard, validated, and understood. I enjoy helping others navigate the storm that they are in. My approach is not a "one size fits all" approach. I believe everyone is different and we all have different needs. So, after we address the goals that the client wants to achieve, I will formulate a plan that is custom to each client, couple, or family.

My Practice & Services

I have Immediate Availability & I am Currently Accepting New Clients.

My Role as a Therapist

My role as a therapist is not to impose my personal beliefs and values on my client. I am here to listen, give an objective perspective, validate when necessary, encourage, and be present with my individual clients. I enjoy helping couples cultivate communication and connection. I want to see my clients heal, grow, learn positive coping mechanisms, develop communication skills, and bea able to be a better functioning person as we progress through therapy together.
