My Approach to Helping
Hi! I’m Lindsey. Congrats on taking the first step to find a therapist! I enjoy supporting clients who are wanting to reconnect with their authentic self, learn how to trust themselves and those around them, and heal past wounds. I understand going deep isn’t easy, but I always make sure a healthy dose of laughter is included! Our main goal together will be to nurture a version of you that feels more safe, connected, and confident.
My goal is for you to feel understood and empowered. I combine my studies in mind-body science and a trauma informed lens to create a blend of interventions individualized for each client. However, I do tend to lean heavily on somatic, experiential, and relational based approaches.
