My Approach to Therapy
I believe that all of us have the capacity to be the best version of ourselves when we have the right tools, guidance, and support. All of us should have the opportunity to grow, change, and discover and none of us should be judged or defined by our worst moments. Each of us is unique and in my opinion, that is a wonderful thing. My core therapeutic approach is person-centered and prioritizes providing you with a safe place to be your authentic self and respecting you as the expert on yourself and your life.

I have a passion for working with individuals, and couples (Ages 10+) in individual counseling. My specialty falls within working with adolescents; however, I truly enjoy working with adults as well! Although my scope of practice includes the ability to work with a wide range of concerns, my experience resides primarily in working with student-athletes dealing with injury, academic balance, worksport balance, and transitioning out of sports involvement as well as individuals and couples in and transitioning out of the military.
