My Approach to Helping
Struggling to feel like yourself? Are pressures getting so heavy feel it squeezing your chest? Maybe you're feeling stuck with no clear direction before you. Perhaps you've been through some difficulties and you're having trouble letting go.
You don't have to struggle alone, speaking with a therapist can not only help provide you with relief but help you find ways to move forward. Without help, untreated depression and anxiety can create severe problems in your life. When meeting in my office, you'll find a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere to talk about the subjects that are weighing you down the most.
More Info About My Practice
I'm a relatable and approachable guy who understands that sometimes we get stuck. But too often, we choose to struggle on our own and grit our teeth through the challenges life throws at us. I understand that for some, finding help can be difficult because of the shame it brings and the fear that you are "weak." On the contrary, seeking help is a sign of resourcefulness.
Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
While I'm comfortable with a diversity of issues and work with a variety of individuals, I'm particularly focused on men's issues. Many of the men I see are struggling with their worklife balance, their relationships, and their own history of trauma. I also accept TriCare insurance which allows me to work with Veterans and those who are currently serving in our Military.
