My treatment approach is to help people understand their current life problems and teach strategies and tools to help manage unhealthy thoughts and behaviors. I understand the importance of the relationship between therapist and client, and I strive to create a safe, nurturing environment which facilitates change and leads to resolution of problems. With an incorporation of complimentary approaches, I draw from an array of techniques and methodologies to build a treatment plan that will be most helpful for the client. In a supportive and comfortable environment, I provide a highly individualized approach customized to each of my clients specific needs to help them achieve the personal growth they're reaching for. By collaborating with each client, I work to cultivate strengths and accomplish life goals.
