I'm both a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who enjoys helping people of all ages and stages, including teens, adults, couples, and families. The goal of my therapy is to build trust and a working alliance so together we can process unresolved issues and replace present behaviors, emotions, and thoughts causing distress with more effective coping strategies and ways of being that empower you to live the life you've always wanted. My therapy styles include both cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while being solution-focused and client-centered. I make sure you're heard and understood.
