My Approach to Helping

**I am not currently accepting new clients. However I do have a short Waitlist. If you are interested in getting on the waitlist, please feel free to reach out**

There are times in life when we lose our way to our own truth and to our own sense of joy and purpose. I offer a wide range of experience and a deep capacity to understand many ways of being. Through collaboration, exploration, mindfulness and somatic presence, I support you in connecting compassionately to a place of self-care within yourself. A place where strength, trust, and resiliency can grow and flourish.... a place where mind, body & potential meet.

As a Registered Professional Counselor Associate and long-term holistic healer of nearly twenty years, I bring professional wisdom, experience, warmth, compassion, safety, wholeness, authenticity, and humor to each session. My approach is deeply inspired by somaticmind-body therapies, utilizing the principles and techniques of Hakomi and Non-Violent Communication.

I openly welcome people of any gender, race, ethnicity, size, nationality, sexual orientation, ability level, religion, family structure, culture, and self-identification.
