I wasn't always a therapist - I have worked in the Fortune 500 and have also owned my own small business. In fact, I have nearly three decades of practical experience and hard-earned insights that I bring to every conversation. By talking and processing together, we can collaborate on ways for you to reach your goals. The challenges my clients face are varied: Some are in a funk that can’t shake off or feel trapped in a feedback loop of anxiety. Still, others feel stressed out, emotionally stretched too thin, or are quietly wishing to leave a corporate career and to try something new.
