Life can sometimes feel like an uphill climb - overwhelming, uncertain, and maybe lonely. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship issues, intimacy, or other life transitions, I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental safe space to explore your experiences, emotions, and feelings and work toward healing in a way that feels right for you. Having grown up in a family marked by relationship conflict, navigated my own mental health challenges, and adapted to a new life as an immigrant, I understand how challenging life and "change" can sometimes feel. However, I know that healing and growth are possible. Our sessions are a safe space for you to express your feelings, emotions, and thoughts and be vulnerable with your authentic self. Fully expressing yourself is an important step toward healing and growth. Together, we will explore your experiences, emotions, and feelings and foster healing that aligns with your goals. I will sit with you in your discomfort, uncertainty, overwhelming emotions, and feelings. Let us have that hard and heart talks.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I bring warmth, empathy, and cultural sensitivity to my work. Drawing from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and trauma-informed care, I tailor therapy to your unique needs.
