What's My Approach to Therapy?
My work is rooted in trauma-informed, somatic, and experiential approaches, which means I go beyond surface-level coping strategies to address the body, emotions, and nervous system. Many of my clients come to me carrying the impact of developmental trauma, attachment wounds, or high-functioning patterns like perfectionism and self-criticism. Together, we gently explore these layers, helping you reconnect with yourself, release old survival strategies, and move toward greater freedom and authenticity.
I also recognize that healing looks different for everyone. Some clients come seeking relief from anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles, while others are navigating grief, chronic stress, or the weight of past experiences. No matter the starting point, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and goals.
