Embarking on a path to personal healing and understanding can bring up concerns about what will transpire, where the path will lead, and how to overcome obstacles you are facing today.

You may be facing transitions that are hard, adjusting to losses or changes in life, or dealing with more longstanding self-defeating patterns that you wish to shift. By talking about these things together, we can look for fresh ways to approach decisions that reflect your wish for a deeper, sustaining way of life.
