My Approach to Helping

Hi there!

Let’s see if we are a good match to support your wellness, together. Reach out for a consultation; I am happy to listen and look forward to discussing the possibilities of what healing and change can look like for you.

I became a psychotherapist because I am passionate about helping others unlock their innate potential for healing. I love supporting clients to discover their strengths and uncover options available to them for change. I have experience working with a diverse range of needs and challenges with adults and youth, including anxiety, stress, depression, crisis, adjustment, relationships, self-esteem, and identity.

I see clients in-person and via telehealth through my private practice, Windy Therapy. Windy is a safe and welcoming space for individuals with historically marginalized identities. Windy’s approach leads with unconditional positive regard and a desire to continually prioritize cultural fluency. Windy is an LGBTQIA2S+ affirming practice. Check out more at WindyTherapy.com

Top modalities: DBT, CBT, MBCT, SFBT, insight therapy, strengths based, person centered, solution focused, social emotional psychoeducation
