My Approach to Helping
Do you find yourself struggling to get through daily life? Do you find daily responsibilities exhausting or overwhelming? Do you struggle with loneliness or finding a connection in relationships? It takes a lot of bravery to ask for help and to work on emotional healing. Just as physical recovery from an injury can be painful, emotional healing can be uncomfortable as well, however, the rewards and benefits are great when we are no longer held prisoner by emotional pain and dysfunction.
I use a collaborative approach to develop a plan individualized to your unique situation. Together we can formulate a plan to decrease unwanted symptoms of life patterns that are not serving you well.
