Debra Fischer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Nurse (LCSW, RN) with years of experience. She cares deeply about helping adults and the elderly navigate stress, anxiety and depression due to a new or chronic diagnosis. Debra specializes in coping skills related to depression, anxiety, grief, stress, career changes, caregiver issues, self esteem and eating disorders. Debra completed her Master's degree in Social Work at Florida International University. She is also a Registered Nurse for many years uses multiple treatment options including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and motivational interviewing.
