My Approach to Helping

Do you feel the need to improve an aspect of your life or yourself? Do you struggle to find passion or purpose in life? Whether you are experiencing difficulties with relationship issues, distress due to traumatic life events, or a general feeling of being stuck, I can help. I am also a longtime member of SAGAFTRA and am very familiar with the stress-related dynamics of the entertainment industry and the emotional toll the "biz" can take on you. You may feel self-doubt, lack of confidence, negative thought patterns that result in unnecessary goal-oriented pressure that can result in increased anxiety and depression. I can help.
I utilize an integrated approach to therapy to work collaboratively with you towards change, growth and empowered enlightenment about yourself and the challenges of the industry which can apply to any profession. I am practiced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Mindfulness. I have a Masters of Education and I am a member AASECT.
It is my goal is to create a safe space filled with authenticity and empathy for each person I see. I feel privileged to join my clients on their journey toward healing, peace, fulfillment and help you build the confidence to succeed.
