My Approach to Helping
Everyone can benefit from additional support and guidance, and my goal is to partner with others at any stage of life experience. I have experience working with adults managing anxiety, depression, and stress from work or school. I work to understand each individual's unique needs and strengths to overcome obstacles and challenges that prevent optimal well-being. I have experience working with college-aged clients to assist in alleviating the impact of various stressors that contribute to depression and anxiety and incorporate practical tools that can be used every day.
I use various techniques depending on each individual's particular needs and incorporate CBT, client-centered, and solution-focused approaches. I am trained in trauma-focused CBT and have experience with individuals and couples dealing with various issues. My goal is to help people and give them tools that work and make a long-term difference.
Caring for yourself isn't always easy or convenient, but it is important in order to connect to your full potential. I have a passion for helping others and am dedicated to understanding each individual's needs in order to provide support in the pursuit of living a fulfilled and healthy life. My availability is flexible and I can work to create an ideal schedule.
