My Approach to Helping

Sexual addiction, partners of addicts, and those who carry shameful sexual beliefs suffer. I offer help from years of understanding sexuality. I believe that all of us have a knowing of what we need, and what is right for us. My job is to join you in discovering what is going wrong, what has gone wrong in past, and what we together can do now. We will take a look at how shaming has interfered with your feeling of safety and claiming a full life. I can help with healing the effects of trauma, which includes deprivation and neglect as well as physical assault. My web site offers free podcasts and blog posts.

More Info About My Practice

DEEPLY HEALING MEDITATION. The writing and meditations offered by Dr. Joe Dispenza greatly assist the ability to let go of hurts, and experience what is real. Yes, pain, but useful pain. He has talks and meditations on YouTube.
I offer group therapy to address the issues meditation can help with, along with listening to a guided meditation together.
Dispenza's books are You Are the Placebo, and Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

SHEDDING SHAME. I understand shame of all kinds, and I can help you ease through it in order to face the pain in your life. Please go to my web site or Amazon Kindle to see my books about this. SHAME HEALING. See my new book on Amazon, Shedding Shame and Claiming Freedom: How to Eradicate Our Worst Emotion. Also my many YOUTUBE videos on this amazing shame emotion. I look at how impacted every one of us is by early shaming, and the countless ways we stop ourselves from feeling it. It is so accepted by the culture that we can't see most of it.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

The first step in removing shame's horrible effects is to begin seeing it. There is so much going on all around us all the time that reading my book will show you what no one is able to see. Then discovering how you avoid shame so you can get it out to heal it, feeling it little bits at a time that are tolerable. Learning to trust your intuition as your guide will help you feel better about yourself.
