My Approach to Helping
I work with high-performing individuals who are anxious, stressed, or making a life change to find clarity and healing. For some, this may be a rough patch that they need help navigating. For others, something larger may be disrupting their lives.
I take a holistic approach that intertwines physical health and mental well-being. My therapeutic style is based on mindfulness-based practices to make better choices to live the life you want to live, not the life you feel stuck living.
I'm also a pilates instructor with well over 10,000 hours of teaching experience, ranging from working with Olympic athletes to the terminally ill. In addition, I have a Master's in Theology. My studies, coupled with my experience, allow me to offer a unique, tailored approach to counseling.
