My Approach to Helping
Most of us have been hurt at the hands of other human beings. As a result trust may be broken. To heal from our hurts often requires compassionate witness and presence from someone we do trust. My approach to helping is to provide the ingredients that facilitate the evolution of a trusting relationship. My approach is kind, compassionate and caring and my intent is always to be fully present with the person or people seeking my support. I view each person seeking my help as holding the knowledge, wisdom, and answers to their own life challenges and it is my commitment to help connect with and draw those out. It is my responsibility to serve as a healthy guide and role model and to reciprocally acknowledge that each person is truly their own guide to restoring balance in his or her life. I am present to support and to help connect with and actualize solutions to each person's unique life challenges.
More Info About My Practice
I founded the White Raven Center because I believe everyone deserves an opportunity to heal. A White Raven Center session is an invitation to heal repressed emotional pain created as a result of traumatic life events. It is an opportunity to dissolve mental, physical and energetic blocks and to experience restoration and balance at a core level. True fulfillment comes from within and sometimes we all need an experienced guide to support the discovery of our vast inner potential. My team's commitment is to fully support each person's process, to honor individual space and to ensure the therapeutic experience is grounded. White Raven Center practitioners do this in the most loving, gentle and caring environment we can create. For those individuals willing to do the work, the magnificent result is inner peace.
My Therapy Focus
The primary focus of my therapy is to support individuals in identifying and shifting self-limiting beliefs, thought patterns and dense emotional energies that are interfering with experiencing a peaceful and joyous life. The modality I use facilitates movement below the surface of the emotional, mental and physical experience and allows access to the subconscious realms. In doing so, old patterns of behavior, thoughts, and ways of being that no longer serve our higher good can be reframed as heavy energies that bind us to unwanted experiences are dissolved. Through this process, we awaken to powerful healing energies that lie within us and to the light and beauty of our own souls.
What I Usually Need to Know to Help
It is helpful to know what is calling you to ask for help at this particular time. What symptoms are you experiencing? Where is there harmony and disharmony in your life? What are your spiritual beliefs? What is your history of traumatic life events? Who do you trust? Are you motivated and willing to take responsibility for the change you desire in your life? Are you a visual or sensory person or some of both? What are your present life challenges?
