My Approach to Helping
It's okay not to feel okay. Sometimes life can be too overwhelming to cope with and you may find yourself needing some additional support. Whether you are looking for someone to talk to or to learn new coping skills to deal with life's stressors, I offer a non-judgemental and safe space to explore these issues. I have worked in a variety of psychiatric settings including: inpatient, residential, and partial levels of care.
I have experience working with adults with various mental health concerns. My speciality is adults and older adults. I have extensive meditation experience and like to focus on identifying and challenging unhelpful thoughts. I look forward to working with you!
