The relationship we have with our family is the method by which we learn to be people. It is how we learn to trust, care and to love. My mission is to assist families with open communication, building trust, and cultivating respect and understanding of each other. My focus is to help individuals, couples and families discover inner strength , energize their goals and dreams, and become aware of their gifts. I provide a neutral space to facilitate self exploration, self discovery and inner growth. I use sincerity and earnestness to help you deeply explore the things that may be holding you back from your true authentic life. Let's work together to learn to grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

I am also a Certified Autism Specialist and encourage and welcome clients age 12+ who are wired in their own "AWESOME-TISTIC" way to contact me. We can work on social pragmatics, emotional regulation, peer relationships, point of view, intimacy, identity, romance, etc.

I grew up as the only "healthy" child in a family of three. Both of my siblings had terminal illness and I spent most of my childhood in hospital waiting rooms. If a family therapist was available to me, it would have made such a difference. Just one professional available to ask me how I was doing may have prevented me from an adolescence riddled with self-doubt, self-harm and risk taking behavior. I have made all the mistakes and have learned valuable lessons from each of them. My story isn't over yet, but I hope that the next few chapters will be the opportunity to help as many searching souls as possible.
