What's My Approach to Therapy?

I help women release emotional blocks, old wounds, people pleasing, perfectionism, family dynamics, life transitions, grief, loss and traumatic experiences so they can step into lives that feel fulfilling, peaceful and aligned with who they truly are.
My approach blends compassionate, attuned listening with tools like EFT tapping to help you uncover what's been holding you back and gently let it go. We work at your pace creating space for healing that feels safe, grounded and deeply supportive. Together, we'll explore your patterns, beliefs, and emotions, not just to cope with them, but to transform them. so you can feel at home in your own life again.
