I provides online therapy & coaching (Telehealth) using evidenced-based approaches and specialize in women's mental health. My experienced has allowed me to develop expertise in helping women recover from traumatic events, heal emotional wounds, and positively transform their lives. You can easily access specialized therapy from the comfort of your home using a HIPPA approved platform. With over a decade in clinical practice I'm an experienced therapist and licensed in the state of CA and WA. I'll help you heal emotionally & overcome life's difficulties.

I have post Graduate training from The University of Washington in the treatment of psychological trauma & trained in several evidenced-based therapy approaches. My expertise, compassion, & easy-going attitude has helped combat veterans, survivors of traumatic events, & women who've experienced emotional, physical, & sexual abuse.

I've gained an in-depth understanding of how the nuances of emotional & sexual abuse along with how gender roles and systemic sexism can impact women's lives. I've been told that my unique perspective & expertise has earned popularity amongst women who are seeking to both heal & positively transform theirselves in a timely manner (not years).
