My Approach to Helping

Everyone thinks you’ve got it together, but under the surface, you’re drowning. You’ve tried rationalizing with your anxiety & thinking positive, or you’ve tried these tactics with your child and it is just not working... You’re exhausted and you feel stuck. I can help. I am a child, teen, and adult therapist with a track record of helping my clients feel better using attachment-based and somatic therapies.

Therapy is a safe space to get unstuck. I provide a non-judgmental space filled with humour, curiosity, acceptance and empathy. We will collaborate on reaching your goals one step at a time.

Using an eclectic approach to therapy, I can help you or your child unlock inner resources, insights, and tools required for deep, at the roots, healing of anxiety, depression, and unwanted behaviours so you and your family can get your mental health back on track.

I know how overwhelming it can be to seek support for yourself or a loved one. You’ve made it this far, keep going! Clients describe me as warm, authentic, & easy to talk to. Reach out by phone or email to determine if I am a good fit for you or your child, or visit to book a free, 15-minute consultation.
