My Approach to Helping

I specialize in working with individuals managing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, emotional regulation, and ADHD. Whether you’re a college student struggling to find your footing, a young adult facing uncertainty about the future, or a parent trying to balance it all, I’m here to help you feel more understood, grounded, and empowered.

With over 10 years of experience as a clinical social worker, I’ve had the privilege of supporting teens, young adults, and adults as they navigate complex emotional challenges. My background in school social work has given me a deep understanding of how personal, social, and family issues can impact both academic and emotional development—and how those early patterns often continue into adulthood.

In my work, I use a person-centered, psychodynamic approach to foster self-awareness and emotional growth. I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, explore what’s holding you back, and develop strategies for lasting change. I also integrate evidence-based tools such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to support your unique goals and needs. Whether you're facing a major life shift or feeling stuck in old patterns, I'm here to help you feel supported and empowered.
