My Approach to Helping

I look forward to working with you and teaching you tools to manage your mental health and or addiction and live your best life. I want to help you walk through the impacts and traumas of your life and help you begin to heal and reconnect with your authentic self. I use a client centered approach to assist in establishing healthy behaviors, increase social and emotional intellect, promote healthy sustainable boundaries, and increase coping skills and mechanisms.

I believe that everyone deserves a place to heal, to be seen, and to be heard. I believe that all humans have impacts to their nervous systems and whether it is labeled as a big trauma, little trauma, or impact, our systems are rewired and the lens in which we view the world then changes. I believe there is healing when you understand the impacts.

Lets connect today and start the healing process.
