Jennifer's non-judgmental approach will meet clients right where they need her most; right where they are in their trauma, emotions, depression or anxiety. She believes it is best to value people for where they want to go as apposed to what they are coming from. She will help you turn the drama of your life back into the life you hope you always had, without the persecutions of judgement.
Jennifer specializes in trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, Borderline Personality Disorders. and also sees clients with disorders in the Autism Spectrum. To do this, she will utilize many different modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Breathwork, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR and Neuro Feedback.
