You will have the autonomy to choose your goals towards healing with the use of different therapeutic lenses from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered approach, and Motivational Interviewing. You will have a safe space that will allow you to be seen and heard, in order to improve your social, physical, and emotional well-being.
