My Approach to Helping
If making time to see a counselor is an issue, I can accommodate you. My schedule is available for you until 10pm or later. Life can be complicated, but together we can find ways to navigate it. Every client is unique, and I support clients through unconditional positive regard. I provide an environment that embodies empathy, non-judgment, an objective viewpoint and encouraging clients toward goal completion. My approach is eclectic; centered in cognitive behavioral therapy, while incorporating other relevant and applicable interventions.
