My Approach to Helping
My main modalities of treatment are mindfulness, CBT and solution focused therapy. With these I have seen growth and stability with my clients. We all have the capability to use tools for good mental health. We just need someone to help us discover and utilize them.
I have found from personal experience that when you have a purpose in life you can achieve anything you put your mind to. My counseling style is pretty laid back. I have been described as supportive, caring, and compassionate, with a pretty good sense of humor. I like to focus on identifying strengths to build confidence in the therapeutic process.
