I help adults going through life transitions that don't have their ducks in a row but squirrels on a rave find a sense of peace and productivity, moving from surviving to thriving. We often take the responsibility of the world on our shoulders. Put on your oxygen mask first. Selfish doesn't have to be a bad word. We will work collaboratively to determine your goals. Do you need time to process? Problem-solve? Learn emotional regulation and distress tolerance? Support and guidance? This is all about you and you deserve to be heard. I primarily provide telehealth which provides accessibility and more time for client's self care, time for family and less loss of work time.

Therapy does not have to be a scary process. You are searching and I give you a great deal of credit for going this far! This is a strength in you. Find someone you are comfortable with.
