What's My Approach to Therapy?
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and focused on supporting teens, young adults, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, anger management difficulties, relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), posttraumatic stress (PTSD), and bipolar. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I draw from evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based approaches to help clients gain insight, develop coping skills, and build resilience.
