What's My Approach to Therapy?

You may be tired of hiding, of performing, of trying to be who you were told you had to be. Maybe you’re carrying stories that were never fully yours—scripts shaped by silence, shame, or survival. I work with people navigating sex addiction, religious trauma, gender identity, sexual self-concept, kink, and non-monogamy. My clients long to feel whole, connected, and free to be fully themselves. What they want most is to feel safe in their skin and honest in their lives.

I help people build a stronger, more compassionate sense of self. Through parts work, reparenting, and identifying deep-rooted patterns, we make space for growth. I integrate eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and somatic approaches to support the body’s healing. My work centers on helping clients trust themselves, care for themselves, and build relationships grounded in authenticity.

You don’t have to carry this alone. Healing begins with allowing yourself to be seen, and every part of you is welcome here. If you’re ready to feel safer in yourself, more connected in your relationships, and to start living with self-trust, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
