I work with people navigating sex addiction, religious trauma, gender identity, sexual self-concept, kink, and non-monogamy. My clients long to feel whole, connected, and free to be fully themselves. What they want most is to feel safe in their skin and honest in their lives. I help people build a stronger, more compassionate sense of self. Through parts work, reparenting, and identifying deep-rooted patterns, we make space for growth. I integrate eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and somatic approaches to support the body’s healing. My work centers on helping clients trust themselves, care for themselves, and build relationships grounded in authenticity. You don’t have to carry this alone.
