What's My Approach to Therapy?
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in building strong therapeutic relationships. I have over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults to support them through challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, stress, depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, school and social issues, and coping skills development. I create a supportive and empathetic space where your goals guide our work and where therapeutic strategies are tailored to fit what you need most. I incorporate a variety of approaches including art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, family therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques, depending on what will best support your progress.
