We all have struggles from time to time, and having a safe, non-judgmental space to talk about these struggles with a person who is there to listen and support you can be very helpful.
Over the past 20 years, I have worked with people from all walks of life who have had various struggles with life events, depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar, ADHD, autism spectrum, grief, and many other issues. Together, we can navigate the challenges that brought you to therapy and gain insight, learn healthy coping skills, build a healthy inner dialogue, and build a better self. Because each client is unique, I use a personalized and flexible approach that incorporates elements of CBT, relational therapy, and mindfulness. I am dedicated to creating a supportive environment that is empowering and supports growth.
