My Approach to Helping
Therapy is an opportunity to help people diminish pain and suffering, cope with the challenges of life, and gain support through fear and loss. I commit to bringing my clients compassion and attentiveness that creates space for healing. Together with curiosity and honesty we can align your values and strengths to ensure you're living life more fully and joyfully. I specialize in areas of anxiety, perinatal and women's health, spirituality and trauma, life transitions, and relationship conflict. I am LGBTQ-affirming and open to all faiths. If you have any doubts, please reach out for a consultation, and together we can decide if we're a good fit.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
The number one question I receive from individuals is "When is the right time to seek therapy?" It's a common misconception that therapy is reserved for individuals with severe and persistent mental health struggles. The truth is we can all benefit from unconditional support, exploration of ourselves, gained insight, and focused attention on managing life's stressors.
