My Approach to Helping
Are you a woman who appears strong and capable but feels overwhelmed and unseen inside? You might be the one who always keeps it together, the one friends rely on, juggling countless responsibilities with a smile. But beneath the surface, you’re exhausted, anxious, and wondering if you’re enough. Your mind swirls with to-do lists, what-ifs, and second-guesses, leaving you drained and spiritually disconnected. You long for peace, to feel truly seen and loved, and to find a safe space to unburden your heart without judgment.
I’m Tasha, a Christian marriage and family therapist, and I specialize in helping women like you break free from these cycles with a grace-filled, faith-based approach. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can unburden your heart, rebuild your confidence, grow in self-compassion, and reconnect with your true identity.
Whether you’re dealing with self-worth struggles, relationship challenges, or emotional burnout, I’ll walk with you step-by-step toward peace, healing, and lasting transformation. I offer genuine, compassionate care. If you’re ready to begin this journey, schedule a free consultation today.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
Honestly my clients. It's such a blessing to be apart of someone's journey. Often times I may be the first person that my clients have allowed themselves to be truly open with. It's a privilege that I don't take for granted. I love watching others grow and fall in love with themselves.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed
One question I see often is "How do I know if I need therapy?" My answer is that everyone should go therapy and at anytime. Therapy is not just for those times when you at rock bottom. Therapy can be used for preventative measures or to help you gain clarity about a specific direction in your life. No matter your reason for coming to therapy there is no shame in that decision. It takes courage to be vulnerable and ask for help, and it's a way to invest in your self love and self care.
The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
The length and frequency of therapy vary between individuals and counseling concerns. We will work together to help you create a plan that best suits your individual needs and situation.
